Client Spotlight: Sarah Dalton

We recently sat down with Core 3(65) member, Sarah Dalton. Sarah completed Core 3's website update and is also working on the website and branding for Studio 3.

When did you join Core 3 Fitness and how did you hear about it?

I have been a Core 3(65) member for a little over a year now. I discovered Core 3 on ClassPass, and have been hooked ever since my first time on the boards. I love the variety of classes offered at Core 3, and I feel like I am never doing the same workout twice. I cannot imagine going back to a regular spin bike after being on the RealRyder bikes that tilt back and forth. The classes seem to fly by on those bikes.

Tell us about the Core 3 website update you recently completed.

In my day job, I do digital marketing work in the financial services industry. I LOVE working in other industries like fitness that allow for more creativity, so I jumped at the chance to work with Cari Allen on the Core 3 website update.

My goal with the new website was to really show people who were thinking about joining Core 3 what the workouts are like, and also showcase the amazing Core 3 community. Sometimes it is hard to explain what "surf workouts" are, but now I can just pull up the site and show my friends and family a video of this totally unique workout. Core 3's members and instructors are now in all of the images on the site, so you can really get a feel for what our gym is like if you are going to try a class.

How do you feel about health and fitness today? Any tips for other clients?

I love keeping up on health and fitness trends, but at the end of the day, I think it is all about moving more and eating as clean as possible. Little changes and tweaks can make a huge difference. For example, I got a standing desk at work so I am not sitting 8 hours a day, and feel more energized at 5:00 than I did before.

If you fall off the health and fitness wagon, you can always jump back on. It's never too late for anyone to live a healthy lifestyle and feel their best.
