5. Cari is back from the 2018 TRX Summit

Core 3 TRX Summit

Cari was able to sneak away to Austin, TX with 500 other trainers from around the country to soak up knowledge from the best-in-class TRX team! One of her biggest takeaways from the weekend is that sometimes we need to go back to basics to learn to “move better.”

If you have been in class with her since the training you have no doubt heard her “preach” about the importance of maintaining the scapular connection throughout your movement and other fun cues that amp up the intensity of your TRX moves!
